Who We Are
Englewood Family Outreach is a faith-based organization dedicated to serving the Englewood community of Chicago.
As Executive Director, Daniel Bair leads our team in building relationships, providing resources, and facilitating programs that help families develop into healthy, Christ-centered entities. We believe in the power of the Gospel to transform lives and bring renewal to the community.
We do not parachute in. We live here, we know our neighbors by name, and we stay.

Executive Director
On staff since 2001, Daniel is a passionate leader with a deep commitment to the Englewood community. He leads efforts to alleviate poverty through relational approaches and envisions restoring Englewood residents to a right relationship with God, others, and creation. Daniel graduated from Moody Bible Institute and went on to earn an M.A. in biblical exegesis from Wheaton College Graduate School, grounding his ministry in a solid theological foundation.
What We Do
Discipleship, an after-school club, and a school in the making: each one is a way of proclaiming Christ, training in godliness, and empowering the vulnerable.
We host regular Bible studies for boys, girls, and adults. These gatherings provide a space for deep discipleship, fellowship, and spiritual growth, helping to build a strong foundation in Christ.
Our Englewood Works Club is an after-school program focused on developing the whole person. We help students with homework and a weekly Bible study. This program is instrumental in preparing the youth for a brighter future.

We are actively working toward a long-term goal of establishing a K-12 classical Christian school right here in Englewood. This vision is founded on the belief that a robust education, centered on Christ and the pursuit of wisdom and virtue, is key to the lasting restoration of our community.
This school will seek to train the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and artisans to be a blessing to their families and neighbors for the glory of God. It is a vision for holistic transformation that starts with the heart and mind.
